Is there a mandatory service fee or gratuity?

How are hotel prices calculated?
Hotel prices are based on two adults sharing a room. Single occupancy requires an extra fee. Double, triple, and quad rates correspond to two, three, and four people sharing one room.
How many people can stay in one room?
Each hotel room can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (adults or children). Standard room bedding is two full-sized beds or one queen.
Are children counted in room occupancy and pricing?
Yes. Children are included in room occupancy and the double/triple/quad pricing structure. Specific child rates for activities may vary by tour.
What is the baggage allowance?
Each person may bring 1 check-in bag or up to 2 carry-on bags (check specific tour terms for exceptions).
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Due to different bus models, wheelchair users may not be accommodated. The tour currently cannot accept participants who require a wheelchair.
Can I bring my pet on the tour?
No. Pets will not be transported.
What safety and insurance does the vehicle provide?
Vehicles are equipped with seat belts, carry commercial insurance (coverage noted in tour materials), and drivers have at least 5 years’ driving experience.
Can the itinerary change during the tour?
Yes. The itinerary may be adjusted because of traffic, weather, or practical considerations to improve service. Sequence of attractions may change.
What happens if an attraction is closed?
If an attraction is closed (holiday, construction, etc.), the tour guide may make necessary changes to the itinerary or substitute stops.
How will I pay for tickets and fees while on tour?
Pay the tour guide in cash or via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. The guide will coordinate group purchases and collect payments.
What if I cancel or cannot join for personal reasons?
If you cannot join the tour for personal reasons, fees for hotels and transportation are non-refundable.
What is the refund policy for weather or other force majeure events?
If weather, war, general strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, the company reserves the right to rearrange the trip without refunding the tour fee.
