On this tour we'll start from New York to Corning Glass Center/Watkins Glen, ending with a nighttime illuminated visit to Niagara Falls. What is included in the base tour fee, and how are activities paid for?
The tour fee covers only basic transportation and accommodation. Mandatory basic sightseeing activities and optional tours must be coordinated with and paid to the tour guide directly. Payments can be made via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal (credit cards incur a 3%–6% fee). Personal tickets or City Passes are not allowed, as the guide arranges group tickets.
What are the rules regarding baggage, accessibility, and pets?
Each passenger is allowed 1 large piece of baggage or 2 small pieces. Pets are not permitted on the tour. Additionally, due to bus model constraints, the tour cannot accommodate wheelchair users.
What is the policy on refunds and itinerary changes?
The tour fee for hotels and transportation is strictly non-refundable for personal cancellations. If the trip is interrupted by bad weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances, the company reserves the right to alter the itinerary without offering a refund.
