How is hotel pricing calculated?
Prices are based on two adults sharing a room. Single occupancy requires an additional fee. Double, Triple, and Quad rates apply when 2, 3, or 4 guests (including children) share one room.
What is the maximum capacity per room?
A maximum of 4 guests (adults or children combined) are allowed per room.
What safety standards do your vehicles follow?
Vehicles are equipped with seat belts, backed by $5 million commercial insurance, and operated by drivers with over 5 years of experience.
What is the luggage allowance?
Each passenger is allowed 1 check-in bag OR 2 carry-on items.
Are wheelchairs allowed on the tour?
Due to vehicle model limitations, we cannot accommodate wheelchair users on this tour.
Can I use my own tickets or City Pass?
No. Guests cannot use City Pass or self-purchased tickets. All admission tickets must be purchased directly through the tour guide.
Can I bring my pet?
No, pets are not permitted on the tour.
Can the itinerary change?
Yes. Attractions and schedules may adjust based on weather, traffic, or sudden site closures (due to holidays or maintenance).
Will I get a refund if the tour is disrupted by weather or unforeseen circumstances?
No. In cases of extreme weather, strikes, war, or other unforeseen force majeure events, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary without issuing a refund.
What happens if I miss the tour due to personal reasons?
Hotel and transportation fees are non-refundable for personal cancellations or no-shows.
